Biyografi

Prof.Dr. Mahmut Arslan Bölümümüzde iş etiği ve insan kaynakları profesörü olarak görev yapmaktadır. Bu alanda araştırma, eğitim ve danışmanlık konusunda geniş bir tecrübeye sahiptir. Profesör Arslan 2003 yılından beri Avrupa İş Etiği Ağı (EBEN) in Türkiye başkanlığını yürütmektedir. Kendisi bu saygın bilimsel örgütün iki uluslararası kongresini ülkemizde 2008 ve 2015 yıllarında organize etmiştir. Türkçede iş etiği alanında yayınlanan ilk ve kapsamlı ders kitaplarının yazarıdır. Bu alanın en önemli yayını olan Journal of Business Ethics dergisinin hakemleri ve misafir editörleri arasındadır. Türk savunma sanayisinin en önemli ve büyük firmalarına iş etiği danışmanlığı yapmıştır. Bu alanda birçok makale ve kitabın da yazarıdır. Prof. Arslan özellikle dinin iş etiğine olan etkileri konusunda derin bir uzmanlık bilgisine sahiptir.
