Prof Delen received his BA from the Istanbul Technical University, his M S From the Yıldız Technical University and his Ph D from the Oklahoma State University. He published/co-authored 11 books, 18 book chapters, and more than 200 articles. He has involved as principal and co-principal in eight projects. He has received 30 national and international awards.
