Prof Dinçer received his B A, M S and Ph D from the University of Marmara. He has become full time professor in 2020. He has written/co-authored more than 100 articles published. He has received various awards including a most influential scientists by Stanford University in 2022 and outstanding young scientists by the Turkish Academy of Sciences in 2001.
