Prof. Arslan is a professor of business ethics and human reources management at the department. He has a wide experience of research, teaching and consultancy activities in Business Ethics. Professor Arslan also has been the President of European Business Ethics Network Turkey (EBEN-TR) since 2003. He organized two international annual conference of EBEN in Turkey, in 2008 and in 2015. He is one of the referees and guest editors of Journal of Business Ethics. He is the author of well known business ethics textbooks in Turkish. He is also a well known business ethics consultant to defense industry of Turkey. He has published many articles and several books on business ethics. Prof. Arslan has also extensive experience on the relationship between religion and business ethics.
