He has been involved in Furniture, Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Aviation, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Investment Management, Social Sector, Metals & Mining, Public Sector, Transportation, Travel & Tourism. His expertise areas are Corporate Development, Strategy & Growth, People & Organization, Compensation Models, Total Rewards System, Asset & Wealth Management, Organizational Agility, Talent Management, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Greenfield Investment (GI), Business Development, Strategic Marketing. His Ph.D. thesis is entitled “Human Resources System Strength, Employee Engagement, Performance Management System”. He is a board member at the Turkish Airlines and Çilek. He is fluent in English.
