Dr Özkan received his BA from the Istanbul University and his MBA from the Beykent University. He did a dual Ph D both in marketing as well and banking and insurance in the Istanbul and Marmara Universities respectively. He has been working as sales and marketing manager at a private corporation. He is fluent in English.
