Sümeyye Kuşakcı completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. She got her bachelor degree in Business Administration, and proceeded with master in Integrated Corporate Accounting and Corporate Management, Controlling and Consulting. The title of her master thesis was “Consulting Branch for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises using the example of Turkey – Consulting Approaches, Aspects and Outlook” . Between the years of 2008 and 2015 she served as an assistant lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at International University of Sarajevo. At the same university she completed her doctoral study. Her dissertation entitled “Islamic Books of Advice: An Aspiration Applicable to Modern Management” attempts to discuss Turkish Islamic civilization’s approach to leadership. Her research fields are business ethics, leadership, strategic management, and human resources management. She is married and mother of three.
