The International Workshop on AI and Applications in Humanities and Social Sciences, organized in collaboration with Ibn Haldun University, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, and Trabzon University, will be held on June 17–18, 2025.
The first day of the workshop will take place in person at the Teoman Duralı Conference Hall, Media and Event Center, Ibn Haldun University. The second day will be conducted online via Zoom.

This international workshop aims to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in the humanities and social sciences, and to examine the societal and cultural implications of emerging AI applications. The event is designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote innovative approaches to the use of AI in both academic and applied settings.
By bringing together AI/ML experts and scholars from the humanities and social sciences, the workshop will facilitate discussion on how AI can address key challenges in these fields. Sessions will also explore the benefits, ethical issues, and cultural impacts of AI.
This workshop will adopt an interdisciplinary approach, addressing the social, cultural, educational, and media-related effects of AI. It aims to provide a deeper understanding of how AI is reshaping various fields beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries.
