As part of the Management Colloquium organized by the IHU School of Business, the event titled “Enhancing ADHD Workplace Support Through Human-AI Collaboration” took place on Tuesday, May 20, at YBF - Amphi. In the presentation delivered by PhD candidate Nour El Hod Tarabah, innovative approaches to improving the workplace experiences of individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) were addressed.
The presentation comprehensively discussed challenges such as inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity that ADHD may cause in the workplace. The speaker presented a conceptual framework on how these issues could be addressed through AI-supported solutions. Nour El Hoda Tarabah introduced the Human-AI Collaboration Model, which integrates components such as diagnosis, therapeutic support, post-therapy monitoring, and mentoring. Emphasizing the model’s applicability at both individual and institutional levels, Tarabah also highlighted the opportunities AI technologies offer for entrepreneurs with ADHD.
This event series, organized by our university’s Department of Management, will continue to host interdisciplinary approaches that bring together the business world, psychology, and technology.
