In line with the objectives of the Eleventh Development Plan and the Strategy Plan of the Ministry of Labor for the years 2019-2023, the Labor and Social Security Education and Research Center (ÇASGEM) carries out the Project on Supporting the Qualified Employment of Youth (MİLTEK) 2021-23 within the framework of the National Technology Move. With the MİLTEK project, it is aimed to support youth employment, to contribute to the digital transformation of new graduates or senior students from faculties of science or engineering, and to help young people meet the expectations of the labor market.
Prof. Arslan contributed to this project of the Ministry of Labor on behalf of the Ethical Studies and Research Center of Ibn Haldun University by giving lectures and consulting to the project. Within the scope of the project, the Work Ethics Visual Education Module and written documents were prepared together with the ÇASGEM unit of the Ministry of Labor, and visual contents such as TRT video footage and animations were produced.
