A Seminar was Held on Next Generation Learning and Business Simulations at Universities
Capsim Turkey Managing Partner Berkay Kardeş made a presentation on the use of business management simulation, which adapts the real business world to the virtual world, in next generation learning.
Kardeş pointed out that the tasks during the simulation increase the tendency to teamwork and that learning with fun provides permanent information. In general, business simulations provide students with concrete skills related to management and teach through experience how business strategies can be implemented in competitive environments.
